Mohite Group commenced its operations in 1990 under the ownership and management of Pramod Mohite, an Engineer Graduate from Mumbai University.
Pramod Mohite served a short stint in a reputed company in Mumbai before he found his actual calling in entrepreneurship. He leveraged his work experience in heavy industrial works industry at JNPT, Nhavasheva to start his own business venture at Thane District located about 50 km distance from Mumbai. He realized that there were ample business opportunities in undertaking petty works to factory sheds within the factory premises due to flourishing MIDC industrial belts around Dombivli and surrounding areas such as Ambernath, Mahape, Rabale & Taloja.
Gradually, his vision and efforts began to pay off, enabling him to expand the footprints of his business and increase staff strength comprising qualified engineers and administrative workforce. He diversified into greenfield projects which took the company to newer heights. Within no time, his proprietorship firm was converted into a private limited company called Mohite Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd. (MIPL).
Over period of time Pramod Mohite has diversified his business in the real estate sector, under the name and style of Mohite Realtors that specializes in executing redevelopment projects in Mumbai and Thane.
Today, Mohite Group provides General Contractor services across industrial, residential, commercial, school and hospital building projects in Mumbai, Thane and many other regions of Maharashtra state, apart from redevelopment works.
