Mr. V. Sethuraman, Chief Financial Officer - Oil & Gas, is an alumni from the Institute Of Chartered & Cost Accountants Of India ( All India Rank Holder ). Prior to Joining SP Group in 2016 he has worked in senior positions with Essar Group and The Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd.

He is a proven business leader with around two decades of experience and has worked in multiple locations in India and abroad. Over the years he has developed expertise in the field of Finance specific to Oil & Gas , Shipping and Energy Sectors.

Sethu has a strong track record in all the core aspects of business including Strategic Planning and M&A. His long association with prominent groups in the field of Oil & Gas has helped him to develop a deep rooted knowledge & understanding of global upstream & downstream markets and the various allied services associated with it.

He has carried out investment analysis of various Shallow Water, Mid Water, Deepwater and Ultra Deepwater projects and has delivered innovative business solutions in the offshore & onshore oil and gas and shipping industries.

Mr. Ankit is an Offshore Oil & Gas business leader passionate about creating, mentoring and leading high-impact, multi-cultural and multi-ethnic Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Construction and Project Management teams.

He heads Shapoorji Pallonji Oil and Gas’s Engineering, Procurement and Project Management functions with proven expertise in executing high-complexity and CAPEX (USD 0.5 Billion and above) offshore Oil & Gas floater projects within budgets and timelines to international standards. He is also an experienced commercial leader with a strong global track-record in International Oil & Gas Business Development, Negotiations, Procurement, Contracts Management and Dispute Resolution (Claims Management, Settlements, Arbitrations and Litigations) and sits on the boards of two of Shapoorji Pallonji Oil and Gas’s Singapore based FPSO asset owning companies.

Before joining Shapoorji Pallonji oil & Gas Pvt Ltd., Mr. Ankit worked in the Shapoorji Pallonji Chairman’s Office as the Executive Assistant to our Chairman, Mr. Shapoor P. Mistry prior to which he was a Management Consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in their Paris, France bureau.

Mr. Ankit is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School- Boston, USA (General Management Program for Senior Executives) and the Indian School of Business- Hyderabad, India (MBA with High Distinction) and has an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology- Bombay.

Mr. Kavindra Pant's Career track spans around two decades during which he has acquired a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources Development. Prior to joining Shapoorji Pallonji oil & Gas Pvt Ltd. he has been associated with large organizations of repute. His last stint was with Mahanagar Gas limited.

Mr. Kavindra holds MBA in H.R. from Nagpur University. He has worked in diversified sectors including Logistics, Insurance, Infrastructure and Oil & Gas.He has rich experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and practices for driving world class organizations and for achieving sustainable business growth.During his varied work experience, he has thrived on challenges and applied significant people management, change management and leadership skills in cross functional areas.

Mr. Rajesh Sharma, Additional General Manager Procurement – Supply Chain has been in the Procurement and Supply Chain Management function for over 20 years. He has a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and a Post Graduate in Materials Management. He has also completed his Executive Management Program from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research.

He is a proven leader with expertise in global sourcing, strategic negotiations, cost control, contract management and dispute resolution to steer mega oil & gas projects. He successfully led the Supply Chain team for three FPSO projects (Armada Sterling I, Armada Sterling II and Karapan Armada Sterling III) executed by Shapoorji Pallonji Group.

Prior to joining Shapoorji Pallonji Group, he has worked with leading Multinationals like WorleyParsons, OneSubsea, Leighton Offshore, Malaysia Shipyard & Engineering and Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co in leadership roles and has a wide exposure in the Upstream Oil & Gas Business.

Mr. Subhojyoti Lahiri is an Alumni of Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification from PMI, Pennsylvania, USA and has a Diploma in Business Finance from Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India, Hyderabad.

Mr. Lahiri has more than 30 years of work experience in varied roles as Portfolio Manager, Engineering Department Head, Project Engineering Manager, EPC Project Manager, Project Delivery Manager, Project Control Manager in large organizations like Samsung Heavy Industries, Bumi Armada. He brings along a broad spectrum of professional experience in both Project Management and Project Engineering Management.

Mr. Subhojyoti has been in Onshore Energy sectors for more than 10 years followed by 15 years’ strong experience in Oil & Gas Offshore Engineering Management. He has notable Offshore Oil & Gas leadership experience that includes North Sea –Norwegian and UKCS sector FPSO Projects, Fixed Platform, Semi-Submersible Drilling Rig.
